Hello fantastic followers! Tonight I will please you with a new fantastic recipe! The japanese salad :) You have to know that I am in love with japanese food/culture/art/music so I`ve started to experiment at home some japanese dishes! One of my dreams is actually to be japanese ;) Probably japanese people want to be italian and so on but ok, let`s start with this amazing experience:
Buona sera a tutti! Stasera ho deciso di allietarvi con una nuova fantastica ricetta! L`insalata giapponese :) Dovete sapere che adoro la cucina/culture/arte/musica giapponese cosi`ho deciso di sperimentare qualche piatto giapponese! Io segretamente vorrei essere giapponese ;) Probabilmente i giapponesi vorrebbero essere italiani e cosi`via pero`ok, iniziamo con questa strepitosa esperienza:
INGREDIENTS:
green salad/ insalata verde
crayfish/ gamberi
crabsticks/ surimi
tuna in can/ tonno in scatola
fresh salmon eventually (if you are a bit rich)/ salmone fresco (se siete un po`ricchi)
avocado
soya sauce
rice vinegar/ aceto di riso
dried seaweed/ alghe secche
cucumber/ cetriolo
sesame seeds/ semi di sesamo
rice/ riso
green tea/ te`verde
The preparation is very simple, while you are preparing the green tea and you are boiling the rice (that you are going to season with the rice vinagre once it`s cooked): chop the avocado and the cucumber and then hurl all the other ingredients in a big bowl! :) Season with soya sauce and rice vinagre....and the super complicated japanse salad is ready to eat!yuhhuuuu!!!!!
La preparazione e` molto semplice, mentre preparate il te`verde e fate bollire il riso (che condirete in seguito con l`aceto di riso): tagliate l`avocado e il cetriolo e sbattete tutti gli ingredienti in una insalatiera! :) Condite con salsa di soia e aceto di riso...e la complicatissima insalata giapponese e`pronta!!!!yuhuuuu!!!!!

do not invite any dude at this dinner because after all your amazing efforts to prepare such a complicated plate he is probably going to stare at you and ask with the fakest proper smile in the history of the world: "Ok babe, thanks for the appetizer...NOW, where are the lasagna and the fried pork steak?!?" O_o
non invitate nessun uomo a cena perche`dopo i vostri disumani sforzi per preparare una pietanza tanto complicata, lui probabilmente iniziera`a fissarvi e con il sorriso piu`falso nella storia del mondo vi chiedera`: "Ok amo, grazie per l`aperitivo...ORA, dove sono le lasagne e la bistecca di porco fritta?!?" O_o
