About crawling and the mini-skirt

Hello friends, beloved, followers!

I know it's some days I don't write but since we head back to Oslo me and Gabriel we have been a bit sick! Just a cold nothing serious but a bit annoying. Anyway this doesn't seem to stop him by learning a way too fast how to move around...he's crawling very quickly, standing up by himself when grabbing into something and yesterday he learned how to crawl the stairs! I saw him trying to reach me, but a couple of steps I have in the apartment were dividing us..,,I thought: ok, to learn that it will take a couple of weeks...it took 15 minutes!! Never underestimate the agility of your little beloved! Of course he fell behind and I was just there to grab him in the air! No damages and contrasting feelings between being proud and scared about his love for explorations! :)

Turning back to Fashion (it's interesting how to balance being fashionable and a mother with a family life and a little crawler that I cannot leave alone 1 min!) today I want to post some pics about an evergreen in fashion: the mini-skirt!

Introduced in 1966 by Mary Quant, a British shop owner and designer, the mini-skirt just 6 or 7 inches above the knee, become a MUST for the London girls seeking newness and rebel vibes! Let`s not forget that we are very close to 1968, a very important year for peace movements and a revolting generation!

Since then the mini-skirt never left us performing our love for freedom and independence!
In those pics I am wearing a mini by Zara with a crop top by Weekday (perfect even with culottes!) and a pair of platforms with a leather quilted over shoulder bag by Marc Jacobs, I love it! ;)

The scary flight to Milan!

Hei guys!
For the first time in my life yesterday I cried on a plane!
So...how did it go? I decided to finally fly home after many many many months I couldn't fly back and of course I fly alone with the baby for the first time! SoTypical... Actually everything went very well until we arrived over Malpensa. We get into a black cloud and there I swear I tought we were going down...The weather was sooo bad...I even said "oh my God! Gabriel! !!" I was grabbing him and the chair I was sitting in and the one in front of me with my legs, I was like an octopus and this aircraft bouncing like a little leave in the blowing wind...when we went out of the cloud I cried!!!! My God! And I am not scared of flying! !!! Then the plane went around Malpensa but the airport there got closed and dued to the fuel running out we had to fly to Nice!!!! In France!!!! I was worried about the case we had to stay there over night since I was alone with Gabriel but after one hour we flew back to Milano. It took 8 hours to get home!
But there we are! Safe and sound home! Such a good feeling after so long!

In my mind

Hey guys! A couple of days ago I finally had the chance to hang around with a super cool friend of mine that is studying abroad! She's almost done with her interior design school and she's gonna be back in Oslo soooon! :-) the amazing thing with her is that I always discover new things, new places, new ideas! A simple example: I found out in Oslo there's an intire mal dedicated to interiors! How cool is that?!? Of course we passed by one of mine favourite stores YME and I found the sneakers I am gonna buy for this autumn! The NIKE AIR FORCE 1 !

Albufeira

Hei guys!
The last day of our holidays in Portugal we went to the famous town of Albufeira :-) I have been there before but maaaany years ago...!!! Ghghggggh!
The town is very famous for the beautiful beaches and the crazy night life. I remember I went there by bus, I walked along a nice street full of nice stores and then I was sitting with a friend of mine in a café on the beach and it was so nice :-) I begged Roberto to take me there once again. Apparently Albufeira is a big town and noooo way of finding that café of course! Ahah! Anyway we had breakfast in a restaurant with an amazing view! Obviously as soon as we sit down the sun left us and a cold wind came!!! Ahahah! The pic of Gabriel shows how interested he was...! Ahaha!!

Praia da Rocha

Hey guys! Exeption done for my nights of sleep everything is going on fantastic! The second day we went out for lunch with some friends in a very cosy restaurant called Amadeus in Alcalar. After that we went to a super cool spot in Praia da Rocha. Solo Água! Fantastic view, music, splendid in the summer night and day for a cocktail on the beach!
I recommend it!

Flying to Portugal

Hei guys! Two days ago Gabriel took a plane for the first time! He is 11 weeks old! It's crazy when I think I took my first plane when I was 14 years old!! In any case everything went very well :-) Gabriel slept aaaalll along the flight. Since when we arrived it has been a lot of family and friends visits. Everything is new and the baby was a bit "lost" but now it seems like he's getting used to all those new faces :-) I think it's good for him to get used to changes since now. Those are a big part of our life and being able to adapte easily to new situations it'a definitly a plus that it's gonna help him through life! We went for a panoramic walk in Alvor all along a river and the sea! It was amazing! Have a look!

New life

Hello everybody! I know it's a long time I don't write but I have been pretty busy with giving birth to my child Gabriel! Hehe! I can tell you there's nothing better in life than giving life even tho it can be pretty rough as in my case. But there we are me and him happy has never before! Since now on I am gonna write just in English cause of practical/timing reason...u don't understand? Copy and paste on Google translator or take the 5 min to read my blog as a chance to practice your language skills!
