Sorry for the short absence but last week it has been a bit busy! Gabriel got two vaccines and I got sick, then he got sick. The weather in Norway is not helping at the moment so...I tought it was time for vitamines boost! Here two amazing recipes!
Mango smooty:
Half mango
Cucumber
Grapes
Rice milk
Walnuts
Honey
The quantities depends a bit from how much smooty you want to prepare and for how many people!
Strawberry smooty:
Strawberries
Coconut milk
Blueberries
Cucumber
Honey
Add ice if you like it fresh! Perfect also if you want to offer smt nice when i have guests over! ;-)
