I took those pics the last day of summer...autumn`s parfume is already in the air here in Oslo. As the leaves, my mood is changing as well. Every year I find it difficult to adjust on the autumn notes...I feel like everything becomes more intense. I feel nostalgic and that my lightness could disappear in the time of a laughter. But I have my friends. They have promised they will not allow me to subside between strands of thoughts. As a friend of mine told me: "it`s here, in a foreign country that I`ve got to know the real meaning of the word friendship". I am grateful to have you in my life :)
Ho scattato questo foto l`ultimo giorno d`estate...l`aria ha gia`un profumo autunnale a Oslo. Insieme alle foglie anche il mio stato d`animo sembra cambiare. Ogni anno riesce difficile assestarmi sulle note dell`autunno...sembra che tutto si faccia piu`intenso. Divento nostalgica e mi sembra che la mia leggerezza svanisca nel tempo di una risata. Hello everybody! I know you've been missing me ;) but I spent the last days in Trondheim at a friend's place! How amazing was that?!? Totally cool! Trondheim is the third biggest city in Norway (which means not that big, but still...!) located halfway up in this scandinavian country. That meant I got back to winter, but seriously, that city is really cool and alive! And actually it's packed of really handsome guys O_O In terms of concentration: one night in Trondheim strikes down one year and a half in Oslo. Anyway, I've been acting as a polite visitor in a zoo...too bad for me!!! :D These warm people and their charming city got my heart! Inspiring hipster vibes on the snow, now I'm back in Oslo full of new energy and ideas :) Thank you B-B!

So che vi sono mancata ;) ma ho passato gli ultimi giorni a Trondheim a casa di un'amica! Quanto è stato fico?!? Fico di brutto! Trondheim è la terza città più grande in Norvegia (il che significa che non è troppo grande, ma comunque...!) situata a mezza altezza del paese scandinavo. Questo significa che ho fatto un salto nell'inverno ma, seriamente, questa città è davvero cool e viva! Inoltre è poi impaccata di uomini davvero belli O_O In termini di concentrazione: una notte a Trondheim batte un'anno e mezzo a Oslo. Comunque, mi sono comportata come un'educato visitatore ad uno zoo...mannaggia a me!!! :D
Questa gente ospitale e la loro città hanno fatto breccia nel mio cuore! Vibrazioni hipster inspiratici sulla neve, ora sono tornata a Oslo piena di energie e nuove idee :)

Dopo più di una settimana di amorfismo muscolare (gli unici muscoli allenati sono stati quelli della pancia), finalmente mi sono decisa a tornare in palestra...corso di Zumba questa sera!
Non vi posso spiegare...ero lì che ridevo come una scema da sola!
In sostanza: come distruggere anni di danza classica con un'ora di Zumba.
La Zumba è una specie di salsa (sgraziata), mescolata a danze africane, hip-hop e pure qualche mossa da tamarro da discoteca anni novanta. Il tutto accompagnato anche da delle mosse pseudo-pornografiche che farebbero impallidire pure Mata Hari...(se le dovessi riproporre "in diretta", diciamo, non mi scrosterei più il ben capitato di dosso fino alla fine dei miei giorni...). Figuratevi che persino io praticamente mi stavo quasi per vergognare...!!!!Il che è tutto dire...!!!!
Se posso esprimere un onesto parere, come danza, non mi piace. Mi sembra di violentare diverse discipline di ballo e mescolarne i resti i un unico ammasso informe. Comunque la approvo perché ho sudato, ho fatto quattro salti come volevo, mi ha messo buonumore e mi sono fatta delle gran ghignate..questo balletto ha persino smosso l'animo delle ragazze norvegesi, anche loro ridevano!!!pazzesco!!!!

Zumba is a kind of salsa (clumsy), mixed to african dances, hip-hop and even some moves worth of a disco's weirdo in the nineties. All accompained by some pseudo-pornographic movements that would turn pale even Mata Hari...(if I had to propose them "on live stage", let's say, I would probably never be able to scrape the lucky one away from my life until the end of my days...). Imagine that even I, I was about to feel ashamed...!!!We have said enough...!!!!
If I can express my honest opinion, as a dance, I don't like it. I feel like I'm raping different dance disciplines and then mixing the left-over in an amorphous mass. Anyway I approve it because I swet, I jumped around as I wanted, I got into a good mood and I laughed a lot...this "ballet" has shaked even the spirit of the norwegian girls, even them!They were laughing!!!crazy!!!

Dimenticatevi tutto ciò che l'insegnante russa di danza classica vi ha insegnato e trasferitevi mentalmente in un pianeta in cui unite la danza del ventre, alla salsa e a un ballo cosacco, ma anche un po' sardo-scozzese. Tirate fuori la zarra che c'è in voi e shekerate come delle furiose il vostro corpicino...se siete in ritardo, state certe che con tutto quel rimescolamento, le vostre cose vi arriveranno sicuramente quanto meno per induzione violenta.

Forget anything the russian ballet teacher has taught you and mentally move in a planet in which you gather together belly-dance, salsa and a cossack dance, but even a bit sardinian-scottish. Show off the weirdo that is inside you and shake as furious your little body...in case you're delayed, you can be sure that with all that mixing and shaking, you'll get your periode for sure, at least by violent induction.

Oggi è stata una giornata magnifica!A Oslo c'era un clima terso, una luce e un sole strepitosi :) si inizia a sentire l'arrivo della primavera.Tutti erano sorridenti e di buon umore! Io ho lavorato le mie solite 8 ore, ma questo è il mio weekend libero!che bello!Lavorando due weekend sì e uno no, vi assicuro che quando avete il weekend libero, vi sembra di andare il ferie, diventa un po' speciale :)
Finito di lavorare ho incontrato un paio di amiche e siamo andate a mangiare da Dus, un localino nei paraggi, e poi siamo andate a setacciare tutti i negozi del centro, per finire con un bel milk-shake al cioccolato! :P
@Today it has been a magnific day! In Oslo we had an amazing clear weather, the light was very fresh and the sun was shining :) you can start feeling the beginning of the spring. Everybody was smiling and in a good mood! I've been working my 8 hours, but this is my weekend off!fantastiiic!Working two weekend in a row and one off, I guarantee that when you have it off it feels like holidays, it becomes a bit special :)
After work I met a couple of friends and we had dinner at Dus, a spot nearby my working place, and then we scour the shops downtown, ending up the day with an amazing chocolate milk.shake! :P
