ACNE DRESS 

Quella sensazione un po' speciale che induce le donne a sperperare metà del loro stipendio in vestiti, credo sia l'immagine, o il mondo, chiamiamolo concetto, l'idea che ogni abito o accessorio porta con sé. Una superficialissima immagine che spezza la monotonia di una giornata aggiungendo un tocco speciale, una piccola escursione in un mondo parallelo.
Quando ho visto questo abito passeggiando in Bogstadveien l'altro giorno, mi sono trovata subito proiettata in un pianeta giapponese, a un giardino botanico in gli alberi sono Bonsai, ai ciliegi,

Malene and Green

I had such a fantastic walk yesteday in Oslo. The weather was very warm and summerish, no clouds, blue sky...I couldn't help, I went for a walk through the Royal Park and then I walked down to Aker Brygge. I just sat watching at the sea. There's something funny about a sunny day in Norway: everybody goes suddently out  in the open-air asap, no matter what they are doing. The second things that happenes: everybody goes nuts walking around smiling and giggling. It's a kind of crazy, but very funny!

Ieri ho fatto una passeggiata meravigliosa a Oslo. L'aria era calda ed estiva, niente nuvole, cielo blu...Non ho resistito, ho fatto una passeggiata al Palazzo Reale e poi giù fino all'Aker Brygge. Mi sono seduta a guardare il mare. C'è qualcosa di divertente in una giornata di sole in Norvegia: tutti si fiondano il prima possibile all'aria aperta, non importa cosa stiano facendo. La seconda cosa che succede: tutti impazziscono e vanno in giro sorridendo e ridacchiando con un'aria ebete. Fa troppo ridere!

Oslo, ultimo assaggio d'inverno_Oslo, last bite of winter

Buongiorno a tutti! Ormai la primavera è arrivata anche qui al nord, perciò oggi ho deciso di pubblicare delle foto scattate alcune settimane fa (ultimo assaggio invernale), durante una passeggiata domenicale all'Aker Brygge, il porto di Oslo e Tjuvholmen. Quest'ultimo è un nuovo quartiere in costruzione sul fiordo di Oslo e diventerà il nuovo nucleo artistico della città. Ospiterà numerose gallerie d'arte, il nuovo museo di arte moderna, bar, ristoranti e negozi. Sono molto curiosa di vedere come si svilupperà il progetto...a me sembra già una zona iper all'avanguardia e conoscendo i norvegesi si tratterà di un favoloso lavoro che combinerà architettura a natura.

Hallo everybody! Spring is arrived here in the north as well. That's why today I decided to publish some pics I took few weeks ago (the last bite of winter), during a sunday walk in Aker Brygge, Oslo's port and Tjuvholmen. This is a new district built in the Oslo fjord and it's going to be the new artistic heart of the city.
It will hold numerous art galleries, the new museum of modern arts, bars, restaurants and shops. I'm very curious to see how the plan will be developed...it seems to be already à l'avant-garde and knowing the norwegians it will be an amazing project that will combine architecture and nature.

Umpa Zumba

Dopo più di una settimana di amorfismo muscolare (gli unici muscoli allenati sono stati quelli della pancia), finalmente mi sono decisa a tornare in palestra...corso di Zumba questa sera!
Non vi posso spiegare...ero lì che ridevo come una scema da sola!
In sostanza: come distruggere anni di danza classica con un'ora di Zumba.
La Zumba è una specie di salsa (sgraziata), mescolata a danze africane, hip-hop e pure qualche mossa da tamarro da discoteca anni novanta. Il tutto accompagnato anche da delle mosse pseudo-pornografiche che farebbero impallidire pure Mata Hari...(se  le dovessi riproporre "in diretta", diciamo, non mi scrosterei più il ben capitato di dosso fino alla fine dei miei giorni...). Figuratevi che persino io praticamente mi stavo quasi per vergognare...!!!!Il che è tutto dire...!!!!
Se posso esprimere un onesto parere, come danza, non mi piace. Mi sembra di violentare diverse discipline di ballo e mescolarne i resti i un unico ammasso informe. Comunque la approvo perché ho sudato, ho fatto quattro salti come volevo, mi ha messo buonumore e mi sono fatta delle gran ghignate..questo balletto ha persino smosso l'animo delle ragazze norvegesi, anche loro ridevano!!!pazzesco!!!!

After more than one week of muscular vagueness (the only muscles I trained are the ones belonging to my belly), I finally decided to go back to the gym...Zumba course tonight!
I can't explain...I was there laughing alone as crazy!
Basically: how to destroy years of ballet with one hour of Zumba.
Zumba is a kind of salsa (clumsy), mixed to african dances, hip-hop and even some moves worth of a disco's weirdo in the nineties. All accompained by some pseudo-pornographic movements that would turn pale even Mata Hari...(if I had to propose them "on live stage", let's say, I would probably never be able to scrape the lucky one away from my life until the end of my days...). Imagine that even I, I was about to feel ashamed...!!!We have said enough...!!!!
If I can express my honest opinion, as a dance, I don't like it. I feel like I'm raping different dance disciplines and then mixing the left-over in an amorphous mass. Anyway I approve it because I swet, I jumped around as I wanted, I got into a good mood and I laughed a lot...this "ballet" has shaked even the spirit of the norwegian girls, even them!They were laughing!!!crazy!!!

Sopra il video di quando sarete brave! Dimenticatevi tutto ciò che l'insegnante russa di danza classica vi ha insegnato e trasferitevi mentalmente in un pianeta in cui unite la danza del ventre, alla salsa e a un ballo cosacco, ma anche un po' sardo-scozzese. Tirate fuori la zarra che c'è in voi e shekerate come delle furiose il vostro corpicino...se siete in ritardo, state certe che con tutto quel rimescolamento, le vostre cose vi arriveranno sicuramente quanto meno per induzione violenta.

Above the video of you in an advanced course! Forget anything the russian ballet teacher has taught you and mentally move in a planet in which you gather together belly-dance, salsa and a cossack dance, but even a bit sardinian-scottish. Show off the weirdo that is inside you and shake as furious your little body...in case you're delayed, you can be sure that with all that mixing and shaking, you'll get your periode for sure, at least by violent induction.

Troppi giorni che non posto nulla, perdonatemi, ma sono stata super presa tra voli, lavoro e levatacce all'alba. Risultato: sono stanchissima...sarà anche la primavera :) e mi sembra di avere mille mila cose da fare...!aaahhhhaaahhhhh!!!
Missione per il weekend: festeggiare il mio compleanno con gli amici norvegesi e riposare!
Ok, devo anche andare in palestra...una settimana in Italia è stata deleteria per quanto riguarda il mio peso- quasi- in forma...non che mi sia tenuta molto...sono pure riuscita a litigare con mia sorella Giorgia per un pezzo di pane....chi l'avrebbe mai detto?!?(tanto taaaanto tempo fa, lei era lo stecchino di casa) :DD
Domani sera Zumba per bruciare il gelato di GROM (con tanto di panna) mangiato prima di partire :)

Qui sotto i pantaloni in cui devo continuare ad entrare :) Comprati in Italia, i favolosi coating pants! Una seconda pelle effetto waxed (cerato). La Zumba è d'obbligo!

Too many days I'm not posting anything, forgive me! I've been super busy between flights, job and early morning shifts.
Result: I'm soooo tired...maybe it's the spring :) and I feel like I have so many things to do...!aaaahhhhhaaaahhh!!!
Weekend mission: celebrate my birthday with my norwegians friends and relax!
Ok, I gotta go to the gym...one week in Italy has been deleterious regarding my weight (almost) on shape...I didn't really stand back from food...I've even been able to fight with my sister Giorgia for a piece of bread...who would have thought it?!? (a looooong long time ago she was the skinny bitch at home) :DD
Tomorrow night Zumba to burn the GROM icecream (even with whipped cream on top) eaten before leaving :)

Here the pants that I must continue to fit :) Bought them in Italy, the fabolous coating pants! A second skin waxed effect. Zumba is a must then!

Questa l'ho messa solo perché sembro magra... :) This one just 'cause I seems to be skinny... :)

Yesterday. An amazing clear weather in Milan :) spring has arrived here! And I started enjoying the day having breakfast on the balcony :)
Ieri. Una giornata favolosa a Milano :) la primavera è arrivata da queste parti! E io ho iniziato a godere della giornata sin dal mattino facendo colazione sul balcone :)

Lately I had a walk in the center. This is a group of steet artists. I love the way they play. It's not the first time I meet them here in Milan. They always gather together a bunch of persons everytime they play. You can feel they're having fun and they play with passion; their enthusiasm is contagious. Sparkling as this spring air.
In seguito passeggiata in centro. Questo è un gruppo di artisti di strada che suonano divinamente. Non è la prima volta che li vedo qui a Milano. Attorno a loro si ferma sempre un sacco di gente. Si vede che si divertono e che suonano con passione, il loro entusiasmo è contagioso. Frizzanti come l'aria primaverile di questa giornata.
